Hey guys, my friend and I are trying to play minecraft PE, but we are in different states of the USA. Can you make PE so that we can play even connected to different wifi networks?

I had been changing my password into the same combination last week, and now it stops sending me reset emails. And I still can't log in with the same password. Please help! Sending emails to Support is useless, that's why I'm here.
