If you receive an email from ANY company asking you to provide personal information, including security question answers and the like, it's probably phishing - contact the company directly. We will never ask you for this information.

Never mind.🤦turns out I got it on a different account somehow. Is there a chance it can be changed to the right account? I'm sure that's not likely but maybe it's possible? I already have Minecraft on that account.

I've opened several support tickets, supplied my transaction ID, everything that's been asked for. I've not received any responses in almost two weeks. No responses. Twitter does not count. You are not answering your own customers support requests. What is happening over there?

I have a big problem is that because of my Linux Ubuntu computer I can't play anything other than the newer version and I want to play servers, use textures packs, use clients and do many more things and I can't because it tells me error code 0
