Hi @MojangSupport I have a problem with Minecraft for mobile, my iPad is connected to Wifi, but within the application I get that it is not connected to anything, I already change the network and nothing, restart my device and nothing, I do not want uninstall the game.

I have the same issue and like the OP, it's on Bedrock, not Java...

I had to uninstall the game, and the problem was fixed, the world was removed and I lost my account, I started all over again.
