@MojangSupport hello! We are 3 on a PS4 Realms, and we keep get disconnected from the realm every 15-20mins, and loss all the progression. Do you have a solution please ?

@MojangSupport how difficult is it to give a projected fix time? Something like, “we’re sorry this has been down for days, we hope to have it back up by Friday.” Or something like that? That type if courtesy would have been nice DAYS ago.

I’m not sure but I think it’s a « copy/paste » answer for everyone who complain about this issue....
