I’m starting to lose my patience because each time I reset my password, you guys automatically “detect suspicious activity” and change my password every 2 days, it’s getting annoying and I may just honestly stop playing if it’s going to continue like this. Can I get some help?

I do not have a transaction ID available as I bought the game back in 2011-2012 with parents permission, I don’t think I was even given one.
