@MojangSupport Hi Playing on a PS4 Trying to join a Realm created by a Friend Can see the invitation When click on it, get "you cannot use online multiplayer because of the way your Microsoft account is set up". But am able to join and play list of featured servers. Whats wrong?

Thanks so much. Err - at the risk of being dumb, where would I find a Transaction ID?!!!! (I'm the parent of a player!!)

We don't know how to answer some of the compulsory questions- please can I have some direct help - a real person - the error message is surely not connected to a particular realm. I have never been stopped from getting help before because the help form is too hard!!!! 1/2

Whose gamertag? Ours or the person who gave the invite to the realm? I don't know the name of the realm we can't join because we can't join it. Whats a PSN name? And a transaction ID? You are not making this easy!!!
