@MojangSupport Very frustrating. With all the money my kids have spent on Minecraft, you guys are extremely difficult to provide a refund for a version they bought by mistake. I can provide request ID and details if you are willing to help

Thanks for the reply, but that is precisely the problem. I cannot find the Transaction ID but I am providing all payment information (as described on your website). Still Support won't help (#1649235)
