@MojangSupport hello I recently purchased Java for my Mac I Paid for the transaction. And it’s not downloading the game? Figured maybe it didn’t go thru but When I go to pay again it won’t even let me ? Please help been trying to download for 2 days!

I have been waiting 2 days for a reply? All I get are automated emails giving links to help topics? I never got a transaction ID sent to my email? I was billed for the transaction on my bank statement and the money is gone but I can’t access
