@MojangSupport need help. PS4. We can't log on to Minecraft. If we sign in it says that it failed. We tried a different email address but it did the same. I have also uninstalled it and installed it again. Still the same. Also checked fir help you YouTube.

Can you please explain what's the best topic to look under. He's had Minecraft for years, but now wants to play online. It won't work. Can't find the help for that
