@MojangSupport I am trying to get a password reset on my minecraft/mojang account. But it will not send me the email to do so. I know my email is correct. I've played since 2012. And I don't have a transaction ID because I bought the game ages ago. What should I do

I have done this. Been trying for the last few days. I have done the pw reset. I log in with my email so it's already a mojang account. I just don't get the emails to reset the pw
