@MojangSupport I'm having issues with my Minecraft Dungeons. Trying to launch from the MS store (verified I'm logged in with the account where purchased) and it keeps failing error 0x80070020. If I try to launch, it says the game is offline. Help?

So, I went there an opened a case, but nothing in a week. Nothing besides the standard "hey we got your ticket" NOTHING. This is ridiculous. Anything you can do to help grease the wheels?
