@MojangSupport or @MojangStatus i had mpney taken out of my bank and not gotten an account for java, i have 2 other purchases which had an email about a cancellation id whilst the money has been taken out of my bank it hasnt been processed

the only problem is i dont know if i have the order id for the one that has come out of my bank yet has no account, what could possibly cause me not having an account yet money being taken out
