Given the size on popularity of the game don't you think 2 weeks for the other member is unacceptable? Surely with the support you receive as in customers you should be able to answer before two weeks. Pretty disappointed. Losing interest in getting access slowly.

I have a similar problem, I've submitted 2 tickets that were 2 weeks apart and haven't heard back. I don't want to submit another ticket because you're schedules are already packed. I listed emails with my tickets because the 1 connected w/ the account, I no longer have access to

Too long response time for size of MC not acceptable imo but they make shitloads of money so wonder if they care anymore
