@MojangSupport i really need your help. My minecraft hasn;t been working for months and every email i sent you has been ignored so i thought a tweet might work. Can someone help me put this right please as i have purchases on there which aren't available anymore

I’ve done this literally 10 times already and nothing has happened. Why would filling the same form out again be different this time?
