@MojangSupport I've submitted numerous tickets on not being able to get in my account and have heard nothing for MONTHS. is there any way to speed up this process?

I apologize, Reading back it seems I came off pretty harsh, I've just been waiting for any news and have been submitting numerous tickets since the summer.
