@MojangSupport Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch now takes 15 minutes to load. This is after deleting everything, deleting the software and reinstalling it. Is there any solution to this at all?

We fixed it, but it involved erasing everything possible (which is kinda disappointing but it did save the game). It looks like you have a cache issue that's lagging everything down. I'll put in a ticket
