@MojangSupport I have been trying to log back into my old Minecraft account since the 27th and have submitted two support tickets for that request but have not gotten any response. It seems there is some credentials problem and I cannot reset my password.

I have done some more digging and it looks like my account was compromised back in June (I am jmetal88, no idea who "Her" or "Herrrrrr" is). Can you please help me reset it to my original e-mail? Support request no. 1582004.

Exactly how backed up are you guys? It'd be nice to know how many more days I have to wait. It sucks having the itch to play Minecraft for the first time in years, finding out my account was stolen, and having to wait multiple days for anyone to do anything about it!
