@MojangSupport My brother has a Problem with his Login. The Launcher and Minecraft.net keep saying that his login informations are wrong. But he recently logged in with the same data. He tried to log-in over Microsoft, but then needed to buy the game again. Please Help.

We can still not log in... We habe the transactionsID. Can we sry to change the email adress of this Account?

Because we dont recieve any email from mojang wegen we try to reset the Password. When we tryed to send it to an orher email, we recieved a Code to change the Password. But the new Password also didnt worked.
