@MojangSupport I sent requests and emails for an issue with Minecraft Java. No response or automated ones ( the same one twice) I bought it but yet launcher is only with demo mode ! This is so confusing process , I need help to resolve it

This is not helping me whatsoever, I already got all of this info before. My account I bought it with I guess is not migrated to Mojang and I don’t know what else can be done so that’s why I requested a refund but I only hear crickets! I’m tired of this automated messages
