@MojangSupport I have tried resetting my password but do not receive an email upon the request. I have not used the account for a few years and my account says it has been migrated to a Mojang account when I have attempted to do so. I’ve sent an email to CS but no reply.

Thanks for getting back to me! I had sent the ticket in over a month ago (11/26). Should I submit a new ticket at this point? I have a feeling the ticket had been glossed over from when I submitted this to the Help Center.
