@MojangSupport Minecraft on switch showing expired message when 17 days remaining. Paid to extend but still showing message and added a new realm which we don't need. Please help.

We already have - the issue is we've spent money we didn't need to renewing th realm that hasn't expired. His friends are playing on the realm so it's not expired and he can no longer access any Minecraft gameplay as the the expiry message keeps blocking access! Can you help pls?
