@MojangSupport My sons Nintendo Switch takes 15 minutes to load Minecraft. This only happens on this game. All other games are super quick. It’s also only his profile on the switch. Other profiles load quickly. What’s the deal. Tried searching online. No solutions offered. Help!

I still have yet to receive a reply and we even tried switching profiles on the Switch. Are you working on a fix for this on the Switch?? We cannot stay logged into our Microsoft account at all.

Still no reply ... still not able to get online. I paid $35 for Nintendo Online literally JUST for this and he can’t get online.
