@MojangSupport I submitted several tickets about changing the email address of my account (so that I can reset my password) back in June but no response. When can I finally expect a response?!

I get that support is busy, but seriously?! 6+ months? That's ridiculous! And in the meantime I haven't been able to play in a very long time. Isn't there some other way to resolve my matter faster?
