Hey @MojangSupport I just linked my switch and ps4 verstions of minecraft and now all my purchanced items skin packs and textutre packs have disapired in both verstions is there a reason for this and can they be recovered or have about £30 of my money just vanished

I've put in the request and hope this gets resolved as not only did I not gain my purchased items on my PS4 but they also completely vanished on my switch verstion
