@MojangSupport Hi. My fiance has been trying to reset his password for two days with no password reset email received. He has already sent a request to mojang support. Do you guys have a phone number or can you DM so we can get this fixed?

So you didn’t read my tweet. He ALREADY sent an email with no response. Why would he need a transaction ID for resetting a password? He literally can’t get in his account, how the hell would he get it? I don’t even think you guys had transaction IDs when he bought his account.
