I got an email from yall and i didn't understand it at all- I redeemed it yesterday with a friend's help but when i logged into the Launcher again and it says Player when i clearly made the username a certain name, and it says Buy the full game when i clearly bought the card from

Amazon, and it is still saying you don't own the game when i clearly bought the card off of amazon-
