@MojangSupport I just bought Minecraft, and I only get to “play” the expired demo. My card has been charged. I don’t see any way to contact support. I’ve downloaded and installed several times. Nothing works. Can someone help me?

Yes, I’ve done all of that. If so many of your customers have this problem, it might be a good idea to resolve this issue instead of creating a webpage for your customer to resolve the issue. Buying Minecraft is an awful experience.
