Hi @MojangSupport! My kid bought Java Edition with his outlook account, but the purchase doesn't show up in his order history. Clickling thru the MS support chat hooked us with a Xbox rep. who suggested we contact you. Aren't Mojang and MS accounts the same since Dec 1? KUTGW

I have waited reasonably enough, I think. The bank has processed the transaction and the game is still locked out. What should I do next?
