@MojangSupport hello, I'm trying to purchase minecraft java edition. I signed in to my Microsoft account but when I go to pay, I get a payment error message. I tried two different browsers and two different credit cards. Are you able to assist me? Thank you

Hello, thanks for the response. I haven't been charged. I have a pre auth payment for $0.00 on my card but that's it. I just got the payment error each time I tried it. I also followed the other help article on payments but nothing worked.
