Hey, I have a big problem, I can't get into my Minecraft account anymore and I don't get an e-mail to reset my passoert and I should contact the support! i have had the account since 2012 now my question is my account closed or has it been taken away from me? Request for feedback

the problem is yes i can no longer enter minecraft.net account i can neither register on mojang, minecraft.net and MC launcher. and if i want to reset my password i don't get any mail or it could be that my account was taken from me !!

I bought Minecraft 2012 I don't think I still have the ID after 8 years !
