@MojangSupport the new Minecraft PS4 update doesn't work, i can no longer access my game as i can't get past the loading screen.

update, i have watched two episodes of Fantasy High and it's still loading. @MojangSupport plz help i know it's just Bedrock Edition but i don't have computer :(
