@MojangSupport I can't sign in to Minecraft. I don't remember my password and the password reset email never comes through. Can you please help me reset my account password?

I've done that and it did not help. They just told me they'd send another password reset email. Which they never did. There's no way to access my transaction info, it was years ago and it was a gift.
