hello , ca you help me whit a prepay code ? I buy it from mediamark and when I write it on site , on redeem section its’s says “Invlaid or claimed” I make 2 tickets but nobody answer and this was 1 week ago, I send picture whit the code and the bill how I buy it , it has 10 digit
