@MojangSupport hi guys, my son downloaded latest patch/update for MC Bedrock today, and when it loads it just has red screen, and goes no further. On Xbox it's fine, but not on Windows 10!! He's very upset about it. Help?!

Hi guys, a solution for this (if you can pass on) is to make sure Windows 10 is up-to-date. Once I ran the updates, Minecraft worked fine.
