@MojangSupport I still cannot get into my Realms. I just want a refund and my subscription cancelled at this point. Unacceptable that I'm paying for this service. This is such a common occurrence that I will not be doing this again.

The responses I got were exactly what I expected. Troubleshooting tips I already tried, then admittance that it was a problem on your end and absolutely no offer of compensation for the time I haven't been able to access the realm that I paid for.
