@MojangSupport I still cannot get into my Realms. I just want a refund and my subscription cancelled at this point. Unacceptable that I'm paying for this service. This is such a common occurrence that I will not be doing this again.

Yea, I already did that and I still haven't gotten a response. I just went ahead and cancelled my sub. I'm done trying to play on realms.
