@MojangSupport i’m trying to launch my minecraft but i keep getting an error code “java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError” i’ve tried everything and i don’t know how to fix it

i’ve checked the website and put in a report but there’s nothing there that resolves the problem and nobody has gotten back to me about it.
