@MojangSupport Locked out my account ncorrect username or password They were working fine 2 days ago. when i tried to reset the password it says it sent me an e-mail but i don't get one. I have to log a new ticket to see status of existing tickets because i am unable to log in!

I have done so but dont even get an automated response or ticket number, without access to my account i cant check if i have received a response.

hi @MojangSupport I've noticed that the response to a lot of issues are to resort to sending a help request via email this will be my 3rd attempt at doing so with no response can I know if iv been scammed out of my purchase mojang is not giving me any support with this
