@MojangSupport I see that my Minecraft: Java Edition prepaid card purchased from Amazon.co.jp is invalid. When I contacted Amazon Customer Service (JP), I got the answer "Please contact Microsoft or Mojang Customer Support". What should i do?

If you set the language of the Minecraft inquiry form you provided to "Japanese", it will be automatically reloaded and you will not be able to select Japanese. Also, is it okay to use a nickname in the name input field?
