Hey Mojang support, I purchased minecraft some time ago but I still haven't received the game itself (even though I do have the launcher) but the money has been taken from my bank account, is it possible to get a refund?

Hi, don't know where to ask this but i periodically get emails from you telling me either my account has been compromised or that i asked to change security questions. How do i know they're from you and not some hacker waiting for me to press the provided link?
