It’s worse than before. It crashes everytime I enter a realm. I can’t even play.

I have a problem and I tried everything: I connected with my microsoft account and used a code to redeem minecraft Java edition, but in the name selection screen,it gave me an error message. so I went back and PUF, game was no more. I got an email saying that I bought it with PIN

Excuse me but there is a smaill error when i place a map in any hand, i do not see the animation of holding it.

i have been unable to, via any combination of card, browser or operating system, renew my realms, or purchase new ones. for a week.
