I've got an issue where our realm has expired early. The auto-renew should have happened on the 3rd but it expired yesterday for whatever reason

hey, my account wont login on the launcher or the website. on the launcher it says to 'make sure you are online and try again', but i'm on WiFi every time

I can't play on my realm. I log in, move around a bit, and then get disconnected after a few seconds.
