Is there an issue with the Realms plus purchase link on the minecraft web? The link does not load.

Hello Mojang! I'm currently having a problem with changing my gamertag, I play on playstation4, java edition, 1.16.201, I went on the official website for mojang and don't have the option too change my gamertag/profile name. I tried everything I could, any help would be great:)!!
