Hey, I bought a realm subscription for 10 players on bedrock edition and it never showed up, yet I have had the $11.95 taken out of my account.

Still not fixed. Don't @ me to submit a report. Everyone is complaining about disconnection and realms being unplayable. You know what the problem is. FIX IT AND STOP CHARGING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DON'T WORK.
