@MojangSupport My minecraft Java is getting to the red loading page and then stops and goes to not responding what can i do?

I cant sign in and am not getting change password emails. I've complained on the usual site many a time and while I have gotten automatic replies, nobody is actually helping me. Have not been able to play for two weeks.

Hello, why is it that every time I want to load up onto my personal worlds, it says "there was a problem connecting to the world", its the same when I want to create a new world? I can be invited to other worlds by my friends(on ps4) but I can join servers fine. I am on xbox btw.

Mojang Please, I know you probably already have several request to fix this bug, however it is a big issue on the PS4 with the PlayStation Network Microsoft account being linked and it not letting you sign in with a Microsoft account, it permanently has blocked players out of it.
