@MojangSupport email to reset my minecraft (mojang) password is not working, email never being received. Every path I've found leads back to the same broken website please advise.

I've sent 5+ messages via that web page link and have yet to received any kind of response. Approx. started week of 11/16, not password reset email nor any kind of response.
