@MojangSupport minecraft for PS4 won’t allow me to log into a Microsoft account. I created a new account log-in and I am still getting this error

@MojangSupport hey, I sent a request form in yesterday. I dont know if it went through or not. I haven't received any confirmation emails or anything.
