The fact that it takes nearly 20 minutes to load up Minecraft and then a realm on the PS4 is atrocious @MojangSupport can you do something about this? I try to play during my lunch break but it takes so long to load up it's unfeasible and it's putting me off playing the game

The help on your site implies it's due to hardware related problems but it's not, I switch the system on, have hardly any save files or resource packs and am almost vanilla and try to load a realm and it takes up to 20 minutes My console is fine, the software is at fault here
