@MojangSupport Hello, I already sent an e-mail via the official channel but I can't seem to get a reply. Please help me: I can't login to my account, so I tried resetting the password but I just do not get an e-mail with the link to reset it. Please help me, what can I do?

I already did send you guys an e-mail and haven't heard back. I crated that account almost 10 years ago, I do not know where I would even search for a transaction Id. All I need is that the e-mail for a passwort reset is send at niklaas.manten@gmx.ch
