@MojangSupport I’m having a problem with Minecraft for some reason everyone shows up as Steve or Alex even myself. On both servers and single player. I could really use some help this has been really annoying. :(

@MojangSupport I tried filling out your form for my issue but i can’t fill it out properly because my problem with your form requires me to put my transaction ID, I bought my account roughly 6 years ago and I don’t have that email of the ID anymore. Now what?
